CJC-1295 (DAC)

CJC-1295 with Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) is a GHRH analog modified with a Lys(DAC) residue that forms a covalent bond with circulating albumin, dramatically extending its half-life to approximately 6–8 days. This creates sustained GH and IGF-1 elevation, making it a unique long-duration GHRH research compound.

CJC-1295 DAC binds GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs to stimulate GH release.
